At Bodegas Ainzón we wanted to show our commitment to the hospitality industry in Aragon by joining Plataforma 0,19.

We want to support our bars, the places where we will meet up and resume our “new normal”.

Now they need our support, we are the ones supplying them with quality wines, we are in this together and we will collaborate with actions:

We will donate €0.19 per bottle in a limited series* of our Flor de Añón and Peñazuela labels:

 

• 19,000 bottles of Verdejo Flor*
• 1,900 bottles of Flor de Añón Roble*
• 1,900 bottles of Flor de Añón Rosado*
• 1.900 Botellas Peñazuela Vendimia Seleccionada Garnacha Blanca*
• 1,900 bottles of Peñazuela Vendimia Seleccionada Garnacha Blanca*

These bottles will have a special label, a guarantee of our company’s contribution and commitment, contributing directly to those businesses that need it most.

At Bodegas Ainzón we think now more than ever, that we must work together to strengthen our local economy and community, and we are going to try.

What is Plataforma 0,19?

Plataforma 0,19 is an initiative created by Ambar to help our bars retain local jobs in hospitality during the crisis caused by COVID-19. Particularly those who are at risk in small towns or in our neighbourhoods.
Because hospitality is a very important sector. It represents 6.2% of Spanish GDP and employs 1.8 million people per year. But those numbers don’t show the bigger picture. In our country, bars are a way of life, a meeting place in our towns and cities.

 If we have learned anything, it is that we can only overcome the crisis together. So, by choosing products with the plataforma label in bars, you’re contributing 0.19 cents (per litre, per box, per package…) to protecting local jobs in hospitality. The money raised will go into an emergency charitable fund to be converted into direct grants of €400 for establishments.
