VINIFICATION
The grapes used to make this Crianza are collected from vines that are cultivated in ferrous-clay soils, in an elevated central area of Campo de Borja, one of the Spanish regions whose wine has Protected Designation of Origin status. The vines are located at an altitude of between 500 and 600 metres.
The vines are trained using the traditional bushvine system and longer, spur-trained plantations. This creates very low yields of the highest quality that will be used in
barrel-aged wines.
