Food safety is a product requirement and a basis for ensuring the production of safe and reliable food, using work methods adapted to current regulations. Preventing the appearance of errors in our manufacturing process, to guarantee the safety and harmlessness of our products, developing an effective management process for non-conformities, as well as complaints and claims, as well as implementing Food Defense and Food Fraud Control systems. Safety is a priority activity within our Cooperative to guarantee competitiveness in its area of ​​action, understanding it as the commitment to satisfy the needs and requirements requested by the client, with a competitive product and service, and counting on the participation of all the people in the cooperative.

The manufacturing processes are legally compliant, guaranteeing the prevention of pollution and contributing to sustainable development.

At the cooperative’s facilities, waste and discarded material are reduced by means that facilitate recycling whenever possible.

A Food Safety Culture is disseminated among workers at all levels of the organization

Special emphasis is placed on the involvement of technical and handling staff, motivation regarding food safety and a basic knowledge of the standards governing hygiene, food safety and applied quality systems, supervising their performance.
